BRIEF ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE COMPLEX.

STRUCTURE

Structure will consist of open footy. The depth of the footry will depend on load and will be done according to the requirement of the design. All the structure including footing, column casting and roof slab casting will be done in Grade M20 & M25 according to the requirement of the design.

BRICK WORK

• Firstclass brick orfirst quality locally available brick will be used. All the walls will be of 5 inches thickness.

PLASTER WORK

• The plaster work will also be done using ISI Cement. 

BALCONIES

• May have safety walls upto 3’-6” height with brick-work /brick+ grill work.

WATER SUPPLY

• Deep boring up to standard depth (700 ft.- 800 ft.) will be done and submersible one motor will be provided.

WHITE WASH

• Outer walls will be white-washed with wall putty with weather coat.

STAIRS

• The flooring of the stairs will be done in Marble & 3 Feet High steel railing will be provided.

LIFT

• Six or Eight passenger lift will be provided

FIRE

• Fire fighting arrangement according to sanction plan fire facility will be provided. 
   

SPECIFICATION

FLOORING

• Vitrified tiles flooring in all the areas of the Flat.

WINDOWS

• Alumunium windows fitted with grill glass and duly coated.

DOORS

• 30mm thick fabricated water-proof ply board flush door painted fitted on Sal wood chowkhat.

KITCHEN

• 20 inches wide best quality of Granite main slab in kitchen, 2 feet high glazed tiles above the main slab. Steel sink of appropriate dimensions.

BATHROOM

• 7 feet high glazed tiles in Bathrooms. Parry or similar ceramic wares & & CP Fitting Jaguar. Every flat will contain three wash basins two in any bathroom and the third in dining space.

WHITE WASH

• Wall Putty in the Inner Walls of the Flats.

ELECTRICITY

• Adequate electrical points for lighting, fans, refrigerators and power plugs. Power point will contain points for Geyser, TV Set, Cooler & Air conditioners etc. All wiring will be done in copper wires with PVC conduit pipes.

CABLE

• Point for Cable will be provided inthe Drawing Room and Master bed room.

INTERCOM

• Point for Intercom will also be given in the Drawing Room.
